This is a custom built observatory with an 8' ExploraDome on the roof. There is a 16' x 16' living area with heating and A/C. There is plenty of room for a bed, desk and entertainment. The are two sheds, one small one next to the observatory and a large 14' x 14' shed with a storage loft at the back of the property. The property is a large 2.05 acre lot with plenty of room for additional construction. The dome is accessed via a ladder and trap door from within the living area.
